I have got an Diet plan.
It's shot from August 22 to September 09.
The goal is that lose 4kg fat.(69.3kg--->65.3kg)
How to diet.
1. To jog in the morning with no eatting.
2. To maintain for 14hour in the night.
3. To workout weight trainning for 1½ hour and cardio workout for an hour.
4. To keep the clean food.
