I'm really angry because I was writing about grit. but suddenly, my writing is gone. So, I have to write again.
Anyway, I' Il talk about Grit. I think that The Grit is passion and Perseverance. it Comes up at Ted.
The bj said, The talents highest doesn't matter to success in life. even if you have really good talent or environment to success, You don't have a grit. It's hard to Success. No matter how talent You are.
The Grit is not sprint. It's a marathon. It's like a our life I think.
for example, Someday, I thought that I Couldn't improve to my english Skill anymore. that time, if I give up? I'll never improve my english skill. also, There are a lot of temptation around us. it disturbs our goal.
So, I said that It's hard to keep a grit. fortunately I don't give up yet. I'm not sure when I give up.
that's why the grit is important. if I want to success in my workplace, but if I don't have a grit?
It's really hard to success. When I meet difficult siutation, if I don't have a passion and perseverance?
I'll let them down or let myself down. that's why the Grit is same as passion and perseverance.
