i went to the gym after a long time. because i am really busy because of my task in my work place. anyway, atfter long time i did work out, i feel like alive. i`m not sure you guys know whenever you are doing work out, you feel some stimulate. i really enjoy doing this. And also, when i`m doing work out, i listen to the speeches with earphone. So, i did kind of studying with shadowing. there is funny situation for me. whenever i lifted up sports equipment, i had power momently. as same time, my accent is also having some power. i feel like a almost every my pronunciation is broken. but it`s fine. after putting it down and take a breath, i try to clean my pronunciation.
these days, i`m trying to develop my just little goal. when i go to sleep at night, think about my daily goal for coming day. i always make a list for each day of all the goal before sleep. next morning, i`m going to accomplish that day what i think. when i driving through day, i always think about my goal most of time. So, i went to the gym today. i don`t want to be excuse to me like that i`m really busy, i feel exhausted and i`ll go to the gym tomorrow. it is my little daily goal. i`ll develop my goal. And i should get successful lose weight. i believe that 95% of everything i do is the result of habits. to go what i imagine, i have to control myself well first. i think that to control i am is the habit. i need to form good habits and prevent to form bad habits. so, when i make a list of the daily goal, i`m making that i can do it. because if i make it difficultly, i might not get feel achieve myself. so i`ll make it difficultly gradually. Develop our good habits for us.
