first week sunday on the month is not open the gym on regular basis. at that time, i usually go to han river and running on the road. at the first time when i did run on the road, i couldn`t stay running for a long time. i think my physical is not good at that time. but now totally dfferent. now i can stay running on the road for almost 1 hours by same speed. these weather is changing cold. i have to put the clothes on warmly. what is the probelm when i put it on warmly. as you know, my body is getting hot when i am running. so, i need to keep my temperature very well. if i take off the clothes when i feel hot, i have a possible to get the cold. when i am running before, i listen to music like a pop, opera or song that make a heart beat. however nowadays i used to listen news or speeches as english. this is making calm down my heart. i go through hard when i was running. but i am adepted already about listening news or speeches when i am running.

i`m gonna talking other thing. today is my day off. usually when i had day off, i went to part time job. but i`m not going to part time job today. i`ll go to market for buying some food to cook the food. my favoriate market is traditionlal market but there is no place nearby my place. after writing this diary, i will make a list for cooking. i make a simple food that can save for a long time in the refrigator. now i live alone, it is important that food. actually it`s irriated to cook when i come back my place after working. so, when i make a food, i always seperate food on the lock and lock bowl to save the food. because if i do this like that, i can make a food quickly. it is super easy and nice. so i can sleep as soon as possible.
