Yesterday, i did order chichen through the app. i ate it for a long time. it tastes that attractive. but it`s too salty to eat enough. so i couldn`t eat everything. because since i decided to lose weight, i was trying to eat saltless. anyway the problem is after eating chicken. after eating it, i always felt thirsty. as same time, i did drink water constantly. but my thirsty isn`t get rid of. clearly i`ve never felt thirsty atfer eating chicken before. back to the remember, when i ate pizza, i felt too salt to eat. i think it maybe nice to me. these day, i am trying to cook by myself. of course, it is some annoyed to cook but there are benefit that save money and more healthful. and i am trying to avoid a delivery beacuse of delivery-fee is too high to pay. if i want to some food, i tend to pack and pick it up. if i order some food through the app, they`re also doing that discount a little bit. to be honestly, i don`t like pay a delivery-fee. i know it is reasonable to pay about delivering. but deliver-fee is taking over food price a lot when i am trying to order some food by i am feeling. so, i can`t order the food through the delivery. that`s the reason why i tent to avoid to order by delivery.

my workplace happens something. it is not problem. but my coworker have to transfer other department. so my department that work schedule is empty. we need to fill the schedule. but there is no people to fill. i had no choice but to i had to work instead of other people for 24 hours. it was super exhausted for working for 24 hours. fortunately, yesterday and today are weekend. so i don`t have a lot of work. but, what i stay in workplace in itself is hard for 24 hours. when i was applied by myself, i don`t care of it. but it is different what i imagain. i think that why it is different what i imagine is that i can`t wash my body. because it is umcomfortable to work endlessly without washing my body.
