Nowadays, i am coming down with something to my throat. At that time, i did always try to do coughing. but it is not good. because it seems not to be better. that`s the reason why i can not make the recording files more than one file. Every time i am trying to make the recording file. i take 40min ~ 1 hour by making. After practing, when i was trying to make the file, at that time, my throat is already gone. and i was about to drink a water. but it is not work to me. and i could feel a little bit pain. so, after making a file, when i am about to listen to what i make, my voice sounds like a little bit creak. and i can feel something in my throat. it bothers to me when i am trying to make a file. i was about to drink a good thing to throat such as warm teas. i tried to drink a lot but it is ineffective. maybe i might make a recording file more than now. i will just igonre my uncomfortable feeling.

Anyway, i did learn about presentation skill that eye-contact through Soridream. this lecture expains about how to do eye contact and why. i think it`s very useful skill. Actually, i am not fond of eye contact due to be awkward. but in my head, i already know that eye contact is one of important skill when i am about to enter where interview place or face the interviewer. but it is hard to do behavior. when i am about to have eye to eye connection, Automatically, i am avoiding about them. so, These days, i am trying to do eye contact through mirror by myself. Even though it is me, when i realized in a moment, i already avoid my eye contact. i see my future in my eye. so, i am practing to be smile and try to do eye contact. the smile is also important i think. Whever, wherever, whatever i am trying to be smile. especially, when i am facing to people who my coworker, customer. and i think the practing comes out achievement. Every time i was about to chat with my friend and collegue, i always did avoid eye contact and don`t be smile. but now, i can extent time to do eye contact with the people than before. it makes me pleasant.
